They were great in the parts department
Disappointed. I brought my car in because I was having problems starting my car. They could never "replicate it" and I got my car back with no answers. Took it to Matt's Automotive and they actually looked at it and it was the starter, now my car is fine. My car was there for A WEEK and no one could have looked at what might have been wrong with it rather than trying to replicate the problem. My check engine light came on in my Ford Escape on a trip across country. I trusted that the local Ford dealer would at least check out if it is a serious issue. That told me that they can't help me for at least 2 weeks. Not helpful at all!!!
