Shitty customer service from service department. I’d recommend you go anywhere else.
Called to speak to service technician and when I called, whenever I’d ask a question, the person I talked to kept saying “I'm not a technician, so I don’t know”
We had a horrible experience with Nelson Ford in Grand Forks and decided to bring our expedition down to Luther for a quick service issue. Luther handled it timely and with exceptional customer service. Matt and team went above and beyond- so pleased!
Not very helpful considering I just bought the car from them new in the last year. Tried strong-arming diagnostic costs to force me into a repair.
