So we ordered from this place and I found them to be polite to get the sale but things went downhill from there. The countertops we ordered and were promised to be delivered together were not and we had to wait which delayed construction. Several months after it was finally completed, I had a small chip in the countertop and set up a time for them to repair it which took 3 weeks for this appointment and they never showed up or called to tell me why. I went with Luther Falls based on supporting a family business however they have fallen short of the mark. There was little to no communication, they were late on the install date and did not tell me until the day before, & they completely ignored our request to keep the sink cut out for a cutting board (even though we were told we would have it). They have also been incredibly hard to get ahold of after installation when addressing an issue. Had higher hopes but ultimately ended disappointed and will not return.
Read the other reviews, trust me, this guy (owner) is legit crazy. His employees were baffled by his lunacy. He is genuinely nuts. DO NOT use this company. See attached photos. Owner cursed at us in our driveway, sped off with middle finger out of truck window. Paid for NEW granite countertops and this is their work! They then left without installing, had to get lawyer involved to get them to refund or return, still has seem at sink! Trust me, go elsewhere and pay more.
My husband & I had Luther Falls Kitchen come out and do our kitchen & baths last fall. The owner came out and measured. He was on time, friendly and well priced. The install was quick and completed perfectly!
