Luther Collison & Glass Hopins did an outstanding job with the body work on my Jetta GLI. Shen provided updates on the progress of the work throughout the process. Very happy with their work.
As others have noted, Shenn and team provided outstanding service in dealing with my insurance to replace a damages passenger side mirror on my VW. This was a small job and they were required to source used parts, which I know created more work for them. Great experience.

I can't say enough good things about how a problem that resurfaced from an accident last year was handled. The manager, Shenn, took care of all of it from start to finish and was extremely helpful in getting this problem resolved.
Jessica at service reception was phenomenal! She went above and beyond to help out.
