Unfortunately we have experienced extreme delays in the repairs to our vehicle. The customer service team is also far more happy to chat with men instead of women. We have been happy with past services performed here but I can't recommend due to recent experience.
Luther Collison & Glass Hopins did an outstanding job with the body work on my Jetta GLI. Shen provided updates on the progress of the work throughout the process. Very happy with their work.
As others have noted, Shenn and team provided outstanding service in dealing with my insurance to replace a damages passenger side mirror on my VW. This was a small job and they were required to source used parts, which I know created more work for them. Great experience.
