I had an appointment for just a broken windshield wiper from the snow and because of my job I needed to get a rental in case it took too long to fix. I drove in was greeted kindly and one of the service guys Brad said I can fix that for you right now. It will just take a minute. The other gentlemen offered to fill my engine fluids and I was out of there. This took a total of five minutes. Thank you Volkswagen Burnsville!
I can't say enough terrible things about this service department. Reading through the reviews, my experience has been the same as Jessica's. I'm currently waiting for them to fix the technician's last mistake... he forgot to put a bolt in when fixing the cracked head, which happened with less than 30k miles. When I brought my car in for that issue, they didn't have parts available and they told me to just keep stopping in and they'd add oil for me. It was my first day of taking my 2023 atlas to the dealership at Burnsville location and my experience was horrible!! As soon as I enter the service the first guy was so rude and give me a bad look when he saw me who Iam. Secondly I try to go home while my service was taking couple hours and take my house keys from the guy who was helping me in a minute he was running after me mom you take the wrong key ( somebody keys) while he is the one who give to me and I turned around and tell him no this my keys I know my key chain an... read more
Luther has an automated sensor that checks tire tread. My tires came back at 3/32, which is replacement level. Luther confirmed that a technician double checked the results and confirmed their accuracy. My tires are 1 a little over 1 year old, rated for 80k miles. Short of doing burnouts, there is no way my tires were that worn out. As simple test for 3/32, is to place a penny in the read and can see the top of Lincoln’s head, your tread depth is 3/32 or below. As you can see my tires aren't even close to 3/32.
