Way worse than Burger King.
I'm still trying to figure out why this bank has one star rated. But i have been with this bank for about five to six years now have not had any complaints at all. I do recommend this Bank for someone young like me I'm very secure it's small bank but a lot of great options they offer.
Absolutely the worst experience ever. Avoid this sham of a bank at all costs!!! They are disorganized, SLOW.....SLOW......SLOW!!!!! we just blew past our closing date by two weeks, still haven't gotten keys and we are 60 days from our offer being accepted. After the third "Final Approval", what's the point of a preapproval, they are still dragging their feet. Unbelievable! If I did my job this way I'd be fired and believe me if I had time to go with another bank, no doubt I would. I will refi ASAP just to get away from them.... read more
