Nothing to say about it, just a normal day for oil change. But high priced for the filters.
Been going here for over 15 years. My parents have been going here when they first opened. Sadly, they've simply become indifferent towards providing quality automotive care. When confronted, they don't deny they give inadequate care. In fact, one service advisors admitted it. There mechanics do overpriced shotty work and the service advisor job is to gloss over it and cover it up which why they dont keep service advisors long. Burned out from protecting the mechanics. I used to only come here for my issues for e years. DO NOT COME HERE. I came in for my service appointment with 2 issues to fix. They charged for a diagnostics and fixed ONE issue. When I asked about the other, they said it was fixed. I take my car and come back after 2 weeks (due to travel etc) because the 2nd issue was still not fixed. Apparently the original service person only made sure to check if the HUD turned on or not, without fixing the issue I mentioned.
