I have been going for service for years, Every service appointment gets worse and worse. No communication phone rings can never make an appointment. Today I was 10 minutes late for an oil change and they’ve already sent text Home today !!! Places as a joke gets worse and worse every day. Stay away, believe all the reviews.
Just go anywhere else. I've had bad experiences both times I've taken my Ram truck here but my most recent experience was awful. Scheduled the earliest available appointment 3 weeks out and brought in my vehicle at 10:30 and was told it would be ready by 3pm. I don't even think they started on it until 3 as they didn't have my vehicle done until 5:15 and all I was getting done was an oil change and an inspection that takes maybe 15 minutes to do so it took them almost 7 hours to do an oil change.
