0 stars if there was an option. I dropped off my car at the appointment time in the morning, but I never received any updates or status calls throughout the day. My advisor, Pete S., was unhelpful and didn’t answer simple yes-or-no questions. He claimed there were no notes, so my car hadn’t been looked at. 0/10 do not recommend! Go the extra mile for a better dealership.

Worst Service ever! People tend to hate dealerships for a reason, congratulations you've officially made me become one of those people. I came to this dealership service center for a recall at April 14th. Recall inspection failed so they said they ordered my parts to fix the vehicle. I waited and waited and did some more waiting. I bought my jeep in 2021. I was talked into a warranty because of the electronics. I ended up getting a 3000 platinum warranty that would last for 60,000 miles or 5 years. I got my brakes done at another auto shop because the wait to get them done here was weeks. While doing my breaks, a head gasket leek was discovered. So because my jeep is still under warranty I was advised to take it to the jeep dealership to get fixed. Would avoid getting your vehicle serviced here. Service department is full of sloppy, disreputable service advisors. Will be getting my Jeep serviced elsewhere going forward.
