Bryson, my Service advisor, was diligent in checking that I got the service that was needed on my van. Since I was in for a 15,000 mile service, I was only there for about an hour. Everybody I interacted with was friendly and performed in a professional manner.
Not even the slightest impressed. I felt violated and dirty afterwards. Luther should do better.
They did a fine job. We had a video of the car and the work they did. That was new. We talked to our salesman and finance guy while we were waiting. Our service advisor was very helpful in setting us up for new appointments on some things we were questioning. It was Saturday and the main service guys were unavailable.
