I appreciated the dedication to Carlos with our warranty company. Our car was in for almost 5 weeks so while that was a bummer, I know it had mostly to do with the warranty company. I did think there were a few steps on the dealer's side that could have been handled quicker - especially knowing how long we had already had the vehicle at the service center.
