Yesterday I witnessed some shady business practices by their service department and Luther Auto Glass. There was a mutual customer that set up their windshield replacement through their insurance and through our company. We scheduled with the sales representative to come out and replace and recalibrate the windshield with a time frame. When our technician arrived they turned him away stating the windshield was replaced already. After about 9 different calls (not a joke) I got to the bottom of it. Tried 3 times with Safelite. No humans to talk to and they won’t talk to your insurance about anything unless you add a credit card 1st. Um.. NOPE! Luther was able to come out within 4 days and contacted my insurance with me on the phone. Also had my auto info because we bought from a Luther dealership. Nicest guy, Nick… even let me see how they take the windshield out.. won’t use anything but Luther again!
