Who would have known that SHADES would be one of my favorite things in our new custom home?! The group at Lutek was so helpful in educating me with choices, providing samples that explained the differences in % of privacy, and walking me through color options throughout the house. We love the high-tech functionality of them and often use the corresponding app on our phones to operate the shades. They blend seamlessly into our new place and are absolutely worth every penny!
My experience with Lutek was A+! Our challenge was finding very specific roller shades for a 3 panel floor to ceiling bow window and Lutek knocked it out of the park. Customer service was fantastic, and install was seamless. This is our 2nd time using them. A year ago we got 3 large, custom motor shades what we absolutely love to this day. These guys do really great work. Would highly recommend.
This company has the worst customer service I have encountered. Brandon was condescending and couldn't even get our names correctly. It was a complete chore for him to give us an in-person home visit to go over samples, only doing it on day when he was in our area. When asked to come again to review samples and other options, he asked us to meet him halfway to where he was located! We got the runaround for install dates.
