The telephone recorded message is way too long before patients are patched through to speak with someone. Once the recorded message is over callers are put into a que of silence at first and then barely audible recorded messages interrupts the silence. Several years ago, the system was better. The automated attendant used to tell patients what number they were in the que and the recording was loud and clear
Very thorough and thoughtful in approach to treatment. Office is run very efficiently too. Highly recommend!
