I was a little unsure at first—this spot used to be Lusvianca’s and recently changed to VIP, and I’d seen some mixed reviews. But I decided to give it a shot anyway, and I’m glad I did. My hair was super brittle and dry when I walked in, but I trusted the process. I got a deep conditioning treatment, a blowout, and a trim. Michael…, he did my hair today, and I started crying while in his chair! So kind, delicate and precise, extremely professional, I didn’t have to say a word!!! I got a wash, deep conditioning, clipped ends and wrapped.

Not very nice Was talking in Spanish about my requests umm I know Spanish smh Prices are wild for a mediocre job they did. I’ve had better ! I had hoped I’d be able to come again but will never!

They charged me 85 for and wash and set. I asked for a shampoo with no salt for my karitin processed hair and the girl never told Me that they charge additional. The woman that did my hair took like a hour to blow dry it and it wasn’t looking good. She even added the iron and I had to ask for a rap. This place is not recommended. Lack of communication and a rip off!
