Outstanding!! Outstanding!! I just took my car in to check because the engine light was on. They told me I had a problem with a part that has been redesigned by the manufacturer. My car is out of warranty but only has 12,000 miles, so they suggested I contact the manufacturer to see if they will cover the cost since it is a design problem on a new car. Customer Not Always Right I am astounded at the "rudeness" review because I have been a customer for years, and have seen them interact with others, and, of course, have long experience with them myself. They are straight arrows, informative, offer sound advice, alternative courses of action when appropriate, and have never been hesitant to prefer lower-cost solutions. To me and others they have always been cordial, professional and polite.
Wow, rudeness perfected! Whomever I dealt with at the Lusty Wrench was unbelievably rude with a healthy dose of condescending bad additude. I used to recommend them to friends but NEVERMORE!
The Lusty Wrench Even though the name sound really bad and unreliable (The Lusty Wrench), they do excellent work. In my opinion, Lusty Wrench is one of the best places to go for auto repairs without going directly to the dealer. While their prices can get quite high (not as high as the dealership thankfully) it?s worth paying to know that your car was fixed right.
