I called Lustre-Glo by phone and they were extremely helpful and honest. When I took my car in for an estimate to fix up damages they were immediately available, explained everything, offered to fix it up whenever it was convenient for me, and even ordered the necessary parts ahead of time so that the repairs would go smoothly once started.
