Crooks. Looks like everyone has the same experience. My charge was $4.25 on the screen and my account was charged $13. Pre-authorization is no excuse. I only caught this because I checked out my bank statement 2 days later. Ridiculous - this place should be closed. Who looks at reviews prior to using a DIY car wash? I guess I need to start doing that.
