This was my first time going to The Lab and I am genuinely impressed with the service and the speed I received. Brittany provided excellent service and I will certainly be back for all of my hair care needs in Durham.
I went to see Melissa for a silk press. I asked if I could add a trim to the service and she happily said yes. She spoke when I came into the salon and we didnt stop until I left. She was polite and professional and even a little funny. We had a good time, good conversation and good vibes. I have no complaints. I will definitely be back to see her! Mikayla did an excellent job at my retwist! The detoxing wash was very relaxing and effective as I haven’t got my hair washed or redone in months! I recommend this place if you’re looking for good vibes, a job well done without any issues!
This was my first time at this establishment. Melissa was very warm and welcoming to me. Accepted me right away as a walk in. I appreciate that and I appreciate her taking good care of my hair. Which is natural, thin and Gray 😍 Service received was shampoo, haircut and roller set style 🤩
