The quote provided by Luso Roofing & Contracting Inc. seemed fair at first, but once the work began, extra charges started piling up with little explanation. The final bill was much higher than expected, and the quality of the work did not justify the additional cost. I felt misled and overcharged.
From start to finish, my experience with Luso Roofing & Contracting Inc. was disappointing. The crew arrived late, left a huge mess on my property, and seemed unorganized throughout the project. Despite my attempts to communicate my concerns, the customer service was unresponsive and dismissive. I would not recommend their services.
I called LUSO on a rainy Sunday morning because my roof was leaking and had gone through my ceiling. He answered the phone right away, and explained his pricing for coming on a Sunday versus a Monday. We made plans for him to come the next morning. He kept me up-to-date when he was on his way and he was able to fix it within a few hours. We just had ice storms over the weekend, and everything is fine. I highly recommend!
The high rating is definitely warranted. We had ice damming and leaking into our home due to severe storms and wanted to do a full inspection before making any repairs Nuno and the luso team came out quickly and was able to not only identify the source and cause of the leak, but also suggest several other potential mitigation tactics to prevent further damage Even after the inspection Nuno is extremely responsive and informative on my follow up questions as I am researching the potential updates Would definitely recommend!
