Shelbi's customer service skills are severely lacking. If I could give her zero stars, I would. We worked with Shelbi back in July 2021 and eventually had to move to a different mortgage company. While the field appraisal that caused issues in our closing was out of Shelbi's control, how she handled the situation after, was. We, her customer, didn't even know a field appraisal had been done nor that it had caused an issue with our closing until right before 5:00 p.m. ON CLOSING DAY - even though she had known of the trouble ... read more
