My husband and I just had a Fresh Facial and a Build a Bath experience at Lush on Lexington. Absolutely fantastic experience thanks to Mellissa. My husband’s face is more gorgeous than usual and fully moisturized. My skin feels fantastic and the products have made my face so wonderfully moisturized. The bath experience was like being in the Wicked movie.. A wonderful relaxing experience for us both.
Bath service was fine but it all felt rushed. The girl was talking to me after while I was putting my shoes on vs. waiting until I finish. Curl creme was suggested to use and put on more but it was the worst making my hair sticky & hard with low quality ingredients. Felt cheap. It made it tangled and extremely dry and I had to wash it all out. The young women use, hey, WhatsApp vs. professional language. Lush is such a wonderful place and the spa is the cherry on top, Solange is very talented at hitting the right spot to relax and release your pain and stress off your body and mind, I love my “tangled hair” and I can’t wait to try all of the treatments.
