I had the best experience with Lauren. That's right, it was not just a facial, it was a total EXPERIENCE. The spa was warm and inviting. It smelled amazing in there! The music was calm and relaxing. The bed was heated and super cozy. Lauren is very knowledgeable and an AMAZING listener. I enjoyed my customized facial so much.
