Like most locations, some nail techs are just better than others. I’ve been here multiple times, usually only do convenience, but today was very disappointed in the quality of service. I felt rushed and left knowing it was my last visit. My nails are unevenly shaped, polished poorly and there was no cleanup of my cuticles (or the gel polish around the nail bed) leaving the nails to look unfinished.
I refuse to go anywhere else.
I came in five years ago and haven’t left yet! Love it here
I was charged an additional $10 because I didnt like the color they put on my toes and wanted to change it... the color they said that would go with my gel nails. smh
