I want to explain that this review does not reflect upon the nail tech Mimi, as she received a 5/5. Her work is excellent and I consider to drive the 1 hour back here just for her. The rating is mostly for the website and the disappointment of not being able to get my nails done. I tried to book two appointments, one for my daughter ( nail art ) and for me, a pedicure. I went a few days ago to get my cateye nails removed for an unexpected procedure. The place looked super clean, was greeted quickly and was taken back within minutes of arriving. My issue is with the nail tech I was given. He drilled all the way down to my nail, burning me and causing me to yank my hand back multiple times. He cut the skin on two fingers, unevenly cut all my nails and left product on 5 fingers. I was clearly unhappy when I left and I had to go home and finish the job.
