This is a really nice spa, and they do a very nice job. I love the dip it lasts a long time. I highly recommend this spa. They take good care of you, and make the time enjoyable. The girl who takes of my mustache is very nice! Thu! Colleen is the best! I am still going here. The service is great, the people are fun and friendly and my nails come out great! I highly recommend them to anyone.
I wish I could give this establishment and Carissa a MILLION stars! I temporarily relocated to Marlborough and wore gel nails. I keep my nails active length and they were healthy and strong. I didn't want to drive 52 miles back to my old tech so I searched for a salon in the Marlborough area. Everyone recommended were terrible. I went to 4 before I found Lush. Came here before and I was told I couldn't get a design on my nails because I only booked an acrylic fill. This time, I booked it correctly and I was told that the Nail Tech may not have time to do my nails. Overall, frustrated with this place and it's very difficult to schedule here. Not a user friendly and accommodating location.
It was my first time there and I’ll definitely be going back and recommending to everyone I know. Thu did my liquid gel manicure and Adriana did my pedicure and both were extremely friendly. They both did an amazing job, were detail oriented, and made sure I was 100% satisfied before I left. The salon was pleasant and clean. If you’re in the area or willing to make the drive I would absolutely encourage going there.
