If I could put 0 stars I would. I asked for a simple French tip design (the screenshot of Pinterest) and they turned out horrible. My nails are all different lengths and the polish looks sloppy. She did the first nail and asked “you like them?” I said yes and she responded with “oh I don’t like them” and proceeded to whip it off and did a completely different design and said “that’s better”. I will never come back. Way too overpriced for the service and the execution of what I got.
I’ve been a customer at Lush nails of Ola for about 3 years now. My family and I have always received exceptional service from everyone. Their work is excellent, modern supplies, relaxed environment, multi talented staff, polite owners and great pricing. I bring all my kids here as well to get their annual services. They take great care of my son’s feet after long sports games and my daughter loves their SNS nails no damage to her natural nails when we have to remove them for cheer. My experience was excellent! Kim was very professional, knowledgeable and experienced! My deluxe pedicure was relaxing and rejuvenating. Exceptional service for the price! Great atmosphere very calm and clean. I look forward to seeing Kim again! Thank you!
Been coming here for 3 years now since we moved to this side of town and I can’t rave about this place enough. First of all they all do an AMAZING job on my SNS and Gel Pedicures. Also, the staff is always so friendly and kind! I highly recommend them and always do to anyone who asks - especially those that give me compliments on my nails 😊
