This nail spa stairs do not have running water the lady said she boiled the water in the back and when she brought it out it was brown dirty water that’s why they doing 30% off what ever service you get your feet don’t look no different than when I came in and I see why they got that sign posted they will call the police they in their doing shady business and when people don’t like the service they use the police for a cover up don’t go their I’m call code enforcement on them that is a health risk
I have been coming to Allure for several years. They always have great customer service and do a quality job on my nails and toes.

Not at all happy that I arrived early for my appointment and still waited 15 minutes past my appointment time. The technician didn’t acknowledge my presence nor did she apologize for the wait.
