Had a great experience seeing Whitney for the first time. She did an amazing job on these Gel X nails, it only took her an hour. I will definitely be back to her again!
Came here with some friends to get pedicures and a manicure. The man who did my pedicure was fantastic 10/10. But I had issues with my manicure. The woman who did it was on the phone and rushing the entire time. My gel x nails started peeling a few hours after getting them done. I contacted the salon and they offered to fix them. I had to drive back 30 minutes to get them fixed. The lady apologized and said the polish was “thick”. She redid my nails. They looked better but now they are peeling again. Today’s service was a prime example of why I typically only service with a private nail tech. The quality and attention to detail is not the same. The pink color is the service I received today and I would be more satisfied if all nails were straight across and not crooked. My toes look like that of a 12 year old. I am taking a break from acrylics and it looks horrible. The photo of the French tip is the type of service I am used to getting with a private nail tech.
Whitney was fantastic. She’a a nail tech and has her own room within the building so the experience is more personalized. Any picture of an inspiration you are wanting to do on your nail, she can do it with no problem!!! 10/10 would recommend 😊.
first time here and came with my mom for her birthday. we both got mani pedis with french on the hands. i usually get acrylic french but decided to try gel this time around since my natural nails had grown out, and i think they turned out great (i have rough cuticles so thats my fault lol) we were the only guests when we got there, but as time went on, more people came in and the staff navigated it smoothly to assist everyone while still finishing our nails in a timely manner! our techs were funny and great conversationalist... read more
