Katherine and her staff are really friendly, professional, and courteous. I was treated based on my individual needs, not with a "one size fits all" approach. Katherine is extremely knowledgeable and explained everything so I had a good understanding of how I need to address and treat my concerns. I am so glad to have found her and her team!
From the moment I walked in, every person I came in contact with was helpful and welcoming. I finally felt listened to after struggling for years. Not only was a plan put in place, but follow-up ensuring the plan is working and a path for making adjustments in the future was outlined in my appointment. The facility is amazing, and it is clear the entire team takes special care to create a special experience for all who enter.
Got a wax and a tint on my eyebrows by Mikayh! I absolutely love them. I will be going again! She was so kind and enjoyable. I would def recommend her and the Lush medical Aesthetics:)
