I think they are professional and have a nice atmosphere. They are a bit pricey. I paid $47 for a dip polish on my natural nails and $5 extra because I wanted more than two polish colors. Total $52 I had only one concern. The girl named Linda did not have me wash my nails at any point during the service. In the past, I have washed my nails before they put the polish on, but she said to wash my nails after she finished with polish and all. I normally give them a 5 star rating, but this time I specifically asked for a female to do my pedicure and still was given the older gentleman. He is awful at pedicures. In 25 years of getting pedicures he is the worst. His hands shake. He barely cuts your nails. He doesn’t know how to use a file. It’s like he doesn’t want to touch you or he is so scared he gets nothing accomplished. After my pedicure I still need a pedicure. I cannot fully express how disappointing his pedicures are.
