Terrible attitudes and not able to keep up. Not convinced they're trying to. Gaining themselves a bad reputation in some neighborhoods. The stories on our page should be heeded. It seems like they do whatever they want. Impossible to get the guy signed up with back on the phone, would get told he'd "reach out" but never did.
Terrible products and service. This company has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Called twice during the 14 day period after application was applied because there was no positive change in my lawn. In fact the weeds got worse. Nobody ever came to fix the problem. Next application was missed and rescheduled. Called again after the second application showed no results. ☆ ☆☆☆☆ - actually zero stars I’m extremely disappointed with Lush Lawn’s service. Since I hired their services, I consistently received messages informing me that my property would be serviced, but no one ever showed up. After my complaints, they finally came. Attached is an email response acknowledging this problem. Last fall, they billed me for aeration and overseeding, but when I went to check, I couldn’t find any seeds in my lawn. Shame on anyone who uses this company. I have witnessed on several occasions this company in all their fancy lettering and colorful trucks show up and unload their power spreading machine and only do bare minimum or not at all, put down fertilizer on customers lawns. I wish the customer would actually watch them because they do not do adequate lawn service. I'm sure they have no problem charging full price when they put only half fertilizer on half of your lawn...shame on this company and it's lazy employees. I have plenty o... read more
