100/10. Highly recommend and thick coarse hair friendly! I have thick coarse long tropical hair and every time I go to a hair dresser I just find that they don't have experience with my hair type, I always leave with my hair being frizzy and puffy. However at lush, she did an amazing job! She got my hair straight without the frizz, cut it perfectly and was super friendly. It is an amazing atmosphere, very professional and inviting. Highly recommend!
