Our family had a wonderful experience at Lush at West County Mall STL thanks to Store Manager Steph. We have been going through a difficult personal loss and wanted to do something small to cheer up our toddler daughter. She loves the color pink and dreamed of having pink water in her bathtub. Steph was incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful. Even without knowing our situation, she showed so much care and compassion. The store associate did not ask about the rewards program so I forgot & they won’t add points after the fact.. she also did not offer samples as they usually do. She sat on her laptop the entire time we were in there. Blue haired girl, unsure of her name. This was on Monday in the early afternoon. It was such a bad experience.

Love Lush, its missions, products. Unfortunately I had a strange experience at this one. A staff member who was helping me didn't realize I was in earshot as she was talking to another associate, very clearly about me and my request. It felt judgmental, eye rolly. Really rubbed me the wrong way. It won't deter me from shopping at Lush or anything, just noting the experience, and I might just stick to online Lush. Just easier.
