I've worked in retail, and I've been to a significant number of skincare stores looking for remedies to my woes. This Lush location has been *by far* the most helpful, considerate, and welcoming store I have been to, and I leave every time with a few less worries! Last year I came here on a hunt for eco-friendly gifts for a family member, and the employee who assisted me was so accurate in picking out scents and products based on the description I gave them. Not sure how they spell their name, but Wren was absolutely amazing with me today. I work in the world of retail and I know how little the good gets praised. Wren recommended some skincare items to me and assisted me with finding my other needs and making sure I was all set up. I live 3 hours away so I dont get to visit often and when I do I make sure I get everything I need before I go. They were very helpful and polite. 10/10 customer service here. I love my Lush products
They completely over charged me! They cut up my gummies I picked out for gifts! What a scam! I didn't know they did this until I was back home hours away! Nothing could be gifted as intended!
