Long overdue! Two weeks ago I came into Vaughn Mills Lush with my Daughter and her friend. We were helped by Jucissa who is a gem! And then Astrid, another Lush representative, came in and informed me about the Oaty Creamy Shower Cream, which was amazing to try on. They even gave my kiddies samples to take for their personal use. These girls were amazing and definitely encouraged me to come back to the Vaughn location ( and I live in Brampton lol). Astrid and Jucissa, way to rep the brand well!
Lovely staff
I recently visited the Lush store in Vaughan Mills. The asian sales rep girl working there provided exceptional service in explaining the different products. She even gave me a free sample of moisturizing cream. This level of service is very rare nowadays and I really appreciate her efforts. I will be visiting the Lush store again soon
I recently had an outstanding experience at Lush. I was with friends and decided to visit this location. Aimee greeted us and offered assistance as we were looking for specific products. Aimee went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. We walked out with a lot more product than we anticipated purchasing. Sometimes, it’s the experience that matters. I am very satisfied with my purchase and have become a regular customer as have my friends thanks to Aimee. 👏👏👏 5 stars ⭐️
