I really love Lush as a brand, but my experience at the 14th Street Manhattan location has been a bit frustrating. I came in specifically to buy henna hair coloring, but they only had one color in stock. This is actually the second time I’ve come to this store looking for henna, and each time it hasn’t been available.
I came for a particular body wash I'd seen online and I asked a staff member for a recommendation of a body scrub to pair with it. I can't remember their name but they had long pink hair, they were absolutely lovely and very helpful. Great recommendation too!
Reina was super helpful in taking the time to help me narrow down which products would fit my hair needs. They were really cool about making me a sample of a mask I wanted to test, since I wanna be mindful of my skin allergies. I ended up starting my lush journey with the super milk. To start slow Shout out to you, girl!
Taylor with the purple hair and the very nice lady behind the register led me in the perfect direction they were very helpful and patient.
