This store is INCREDIBLE. There are so many products to choose from, they have an amazing Archive Wall of previously discontinued products, and the staff are exceptional. Major kudos to Jeff who made our visit this evening the best ever! He was an absolute DOLL. I recently bought the “curl cream” that also came with a liquid for hair shine, but honestly it was the opposite of what the bottle promised. The smell was so strong it actually burned my nose the first time I tried it. On top of that, the curl cream didn’t really do anything noticeable for my hair. Definitely recommend checking carefully before buying this product.
The store is wide and big. There are so many products! I bought a bath balm + shampoo that I always use, and I also received a service product. I visited yesterday and the staff was very kind and I felt good because they took care of the service products when I paid. (I didn't receive the service product at the Fair Oaks Mall store)
AMAZING service I never tried a bath bomb before and they definitely made my first time a wonderful experience. Great job guys you are awesome.
