Great service and they helped us and went out of their way to educate us :) all stars if I could add more !
Got a bath gift set but it caused a really bad reaction. When my friend tried to talk to them about it, they were hostile and defensive . Stay away.

This Lush location has some phenomenal staff! Always super friendly and helpful! Went today to pick up some hair products and the staff member assisting me was knowledgeable and kind. Didn't try to upsell me or get me to buy products that wouldn't work with my curly hair. And when I was unsure of what a product I've never used would be like for my hair she gave me a sample to test at home. I purchased two products and once I test out the sample I can decide whether it works for my curl pattern and if so just return and purch... read more
