Today I was greeted by and helped by Chante/Shante. Her customer service and enthusiasm for the brand (both the products and corporate social responsibility) is exceptional. I left happy with my Halloween seasonal items and even a little gift from her which was a surprise!
Im a bit late but Christian helped me find the fairy dusting powder and showed me great alternatives to pair it with. My goal was to have something sparkly and he did just that. I will be coming back and getting more of his suggestions soon! Thank you

Japnit was such a delight to be helped by! I came sometime last week I think. She was friendly, upbeat, and made shopping such a positive experience. She really listened and guided me to exactly what I was looking for, and what touched me most was how patient and gentle she was with my autistic son while he decided on his bath bomb. Her kindness and bubbly energy made us feel so welcome-I couldn’t have asked for better service.
