I had a really disappointing experience at the Lush store at Streets at Southpoint. Initially, when inquiring about a birthday party, Krissy was friendly and quickly sent me an email when I called on 11/3. But after I responded, I got no follow-up. I had to reach out again on 11/7 but still didn’t get any response. After that I did what any normal customer would do, I followed up and called the store. Krissy answered again and was helpful. i had a wonderful experience per usual. i was able to quickly locate what i was looking for. the cashier, krissy, was very kind and informative. she informed me on how to properly use a new item and was very nice towards me & my friend. will always shop at this place!
The staff is so incredible, informative, super kind and caring. I cannot remember her name, but the service was amazing!
