First time ever going idk if I’ll be back.. the service was fine, not very friendly just kind of doing the job. I asked for a sample of the vitamin C scrub (I’m obsessed) — testing the waters to see if it’s worth it — the lady didn’t want to talk to me at all and acted annoyed to even be helping me. My husband has bought me amazing smelling stuff from here, and he had been trying to get me to go myself for months. I finally went today, and WOW! The selection of scents is fantastic, but I was very impressed with the variety of products. Not just body wash, lotion, and bath bombs, but hair care and makeup, too! This was my first lush store I’ve ever been to, and wow! I’m so impressed with the selection, but even more so with the friendly staff at this location. It was my first time in Southlake, and they were more than happy to help me out recommending products and giving my little group directions to the bookstore when we were all packed up and paid for. It’s a very clean, organized location with products labeled and priced neatly. I’ll absolutely be back!!
