Went to Lush/South Park Charlotte, NC today. The best customer service!! Every employee was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. The place was packed! Yet we were treated like we were the only ones in the store! Thank you Lush!!
Simon was great. I have a Shea butter allergy, and he was helpful in finding products without Shea butter. Bubbly personality. Genuine. I will definitely be coming back.
Great stock, good displays, and very attentive staff. I stopped in after a doctors appointment with partially dilated eyes (so I had trouble reading things) and Samantha was so sweet and helpful. She offered recommendations based on scents that interested me and was very candid with her feedback on certain products for different hair types. Samantha, you were right, the Manuka honey in the Paddington Soap is hard to smell in the store but it was HEAVEN at home. Thanks!!
Cashier was SUPER rude. No customer services skills. Did not greet me or exchange any pleasantries she was super cold and made me uncomfortable. Had brown glass frames and brunette hair.
Amazing time shopping with Lydia’s help! She was so sweet and knowledgeable! Can’t wait to go back for more Lush goodies!
