Nikki is top tier sales person. She was the nicest she showed me everything that smelled so amazing and I ended up getting their “Kalamazoo” beard wash it is supposed to be really great on my skin.

I had a fabulous shopping experience at Lush in Somerset. Upon entering, I was greeted immediately by Kailyn. I told her that I was looking for a cream that I used to use many years before. I couldn't remember the name of the cream but I remembered the color. Kailyn helped me locate the product that I was looking for. She then helped me find several additional products. I had an awful experience with the store manager of the Troy somerset location. You see I am disabled and life for me is hard. I had been trying for over 24 hours to secure items and lush never let me checkout and I lost everything. I figured I would call and see if they had the one thing I wanted most and they did!
