Highly recommend this store! They have a huge selection and it is bigger than the other Lush stores I’ve been to. Tiko made our day today helping us find what we needed and even gave a little lush gift to my Grandma who we brought here for her birthday. I will definitely be back for Christmas shopping
I went in on Tuesday evening in hope to find something for my sensitive acne-prone skin. I was greeted by a woman who made me feel so comfortable and I told her what my routine was and she recommended the grease lighting serum to me. She gave me sample and I’ve only been using it for two days and I see a great difference! I really appreciate her kindness and I will definitely be going back to buy a full bottle.
I love Lush products and have shopped there for years, so I was really disappointed by my recent experience with an employee named Madison. She was rude, condescending, and her behavior came across as prejudiced. It was especially surprising and disappointing coming from a company like Lush, which presents itself as inclusive and welcoming. I hope management takes experiences like this seriously and is more mindful of who they have representing the brand.
The employees here are so kind and professional. I also love all the products.
I had just come taking my board exam and was trying to destress with some shopping. Renae at the Somerset location (apologies if I spelt it wrong) was so helpful and welcoming. Truly she made my day in more ways than she’ll know! Great experience highly recommend this location and their products :)
