The most bizzare lush experience ive had Miserable staff who did not seem happy at all, no customer service at all!
lovely staff at this store. not at all overbearing and really approachable. my sister and I were served by Halima - she was super friendly and very very helpful! will be glad to visit this store again <3
I was only supposed to be browsing but ended up buying a few things thanks to Halima! I had such a great experience. She was warm, professional, and very knowledgeable. It’s also so refreshing to see diverse representation in store (someone who is south Asian and wears a hijab) it really makes a difference. Especially with everything going on in the world, it was such a positive and reassuring thing to see and shows how inclusive Lush is. She’s a real asset and a credit to the business.

What fantastic service I had from Lush Solihull today. Having been home dying with their henna for years a staff member recently told me that they apply the henna for free in store. I booked in and spent a lovely couple of hours chatting to the staff whilst they applied the henna. They were so lovely and attentive and sent me home with samples and the henna they didn’t use.
