I had an excellent experience in Lush Sherway last weekend all because of Josh! They were extremely knowledgeable about all of the products I mentioned and had great recommendations. Josh was friendly, warm, and genuine. I felt welcomed and very comfortable in this Lush (no pressure or worst, feeling ignored). I’m usually an online shopper but Josh was cool. I’ll definitely try to make another trip and hope Josh is working:)
I just walked in to browse, staff named Josh attended me throughout, he gave me full fledged demo on both of my hands despite I wanna buy the stuff or not, he was really energetic throughout, he really explained all the ingredients and benefits very well, my hands felt very nice and refreshed, it was just like a free mini manicure 🫶🫶 thankyou josh
Had the loveliest experience with an employee whose name I unfortunately forgot to ask for, but she was amazing and had bright red hair! I came in to exchange some pots and get some goodies, unfortunately they were out of the items I really wanted but the conversation with this worker made the visit memorable! It was like visiting your bestie at work and yapping about our hair and how good the Coconut Co-Wash smells! She was down to earth, full of energy, and very engaging, I didn’t even wanna leave the store!
Had the absolute most amazing service! Was having not the best day going in and came out smiling and crying happy tears. The sales associate truly put her heart and soul into their work and conversations. They also sent me home with a little gift. Thank you for the little talk and my gift and making my day!
I’m a regular Lush shopper and usually love the brand, but after today, I’ll likely avoid this location going forward. Despite being the only customer in the store, none of the three employees acknowledged me, offered a greeting, or asked if I needed help. I had planned to create a care package for a friend who’s going through a tough time and was ready to spend between $50–$100. Instead, I left with just a few small items and took the rest of my shopping elsewhere. Disappointed, to say the least.
