Today was my first time going into a LUSH store and Audrey made my experience there very amazing and helpful. Will definitely come back again thanks to her wonderful customer service! :D
Nick and Alyssa were extremely helpful, patient and kind when helping me and my five-year-old daughter pick out our new smells and bath supplies. They went above and beyond with creating a special shopping experience. Can’t wait to see them again when we need to stock back up! 💕
This Lush is immaculate. I’ve been in this store before for minor things here and there but have never actually taken the time to truly experience it until today. I went in for a new skin exfoliator and Nick pulled out all the stops. He asked me what my current routine/products were and used that info to snag a few products to demo for me. Scam. Was told I only had 34$ after a lush employee wrote out my balance as 44$ I will just buy online I’m sick of the scamming and constant problems this store has.
