This store is absolutely fabulous !!! You can smell the goodness before you even open the door ! The products are a 10/10! The ladies that work in this Lush are phenomenal! They give you the warmest welcome and amazing experiences ! I would give this store a 10 star rating if it were possible !! Definitely converted to a Lushee!!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel this needs to be said. Customer service at this location needs improvement. When you walk in, there is no greeting or acknowledgment, and you often have to ask for help instead of being offered assistance. When you do ask questions, staff often respond with very little effort, seem uninterested, or act as if they don’t want to be bothered, which creates an uncomfortable and unwelcoming experience. I had a wonderful experience at Lush! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I walked in. They took the time to explain the products and helped me find exactly what I needed. The products are amazing and you can really tell they’re high quality. I love this store and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this store!
