Haven’t been in this store since it was in Macys at Oak Court. Needless to say it was nostalgic, but the employees working are not friendly. I feel like you should great customers when you walk in. I was the only one in the store and they said nothing. I just walked around for a minute and then left.
Love this company, but need to give some feedback this time Ordered online and received coal soap loose in a box with foam peanuts. No plastic packing or anything, just raw soap amongst the foam peanuts. I've ordered this before and it was wrapped in plastic or in a paper bag or something. Not sure how to store this now. Hopefully this was just packager negligence and not some new bad cost cutting decision.
Fabulous Service! In fact, the Saddle Creek location has the friendliest, most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen.
We loved visiting this store. The employees were friendly. My daughter loved the bath bombs and bubble bars.
This is my absolute favorite place to buy bath bombs. Are they a bit expensive? Yes. Do I deserve it? Also, yes. Using one of the bombs makes the bathwater so freaking soft. I don't just take baths now; I luxuriate. So, once you go Lush, there's no going back. And the people are always so nice there.
