I had the loveliest experience at LUSH Rideau today. All of the staff were so attentive and kind, and genuinely made me smile and enjoy my visit to pick up a couple of items. Sleepy/Twilight is my favourite line, and everyone was so good at hearing what about it I liked and providing thoughtful recommendations that I will definitely enjoy. Thank you especially to Aidan
perfect place for newly weds. we just got married and we went to lush to shop for romantic items, Ace was very friendly and kind to my wife she recommended good quality products. i highly recommend lush!
I was visiting from out of town and don’t have an in-person Lush store where I live. It was so exciting to experience it and the staff were so friendly and helpful to pick out different products that I wouldn’t have otherwise thought to try if I was just shopping online!
After being dissapointed at the St. Laurent location I came by here to talk about planning a Lush birthday party. Kaydian was very helpful, kind, welcoming and accommodating. They went above and beyond to support me in the planning process. Jess was also great and helped me with my purchases. I will be returning to this location over others in the area.
Huge fan of their products, but the associates at this location really go above and beyond ! I recently went in to sample a fragrance without speaking to anyone and Katie-Anne was so warm, welcoming and informative !!! She provided me with lots of useful reccomendations and I ended up leaving with a lot more than I expected when first coming in. Thank you Lush Rideau, and especially thank you Katie-Anne.
