I find the majority of staff here don't really have deep knowledge about their perfumes at Lush store Rideau. I tested more than 10 perfumes at Lush store in Seoul, South Korea. All the staff there knew ingredients, specific scents, what the CEO used and didn't use for ethics reasons. I never made the purchase decision back in Korea because it was a bit expensive. About $190 after tax. I finally bought it here at Rideau center and am very happy with my decision.
Nikki was so so so helpful and all the staff are very kind!!! Absolutely love that so many of their products are vegan or vegetarian. Amazing playlist in the store! Definitley will be returning!
Absolutely loved loved loved our experience here earlier today!!! The staff are the most friendly group I've ever met, especially Nikki, who showed us around the store and got us exactly what we wanted. The playlist is phenomenal (thanks to the manager!!), and I love how conscientious lush is and how well informed Nikki was!! Thank you so much, will be coming back!!!
Love both locations in Ottawa, if one store doesn’t have something, the other usually does 🙌🏼 Jess has helped me a few times in the store before and she’s super sweet and friendly! I enjoy coming here because I don’t feel pressured to buy anything I don’t need/want, and always leave making the right choices. The lay out of this store is great and there’s lots of room to browse 😎
I visited the store twice in the last couple months and cannot say enough about the service I received from Flynn the first time and Jess just last weekend. Very friendly and super knowledgable about the Lush products I was searching for. Both were very approachable and extremely helpful. Thank you again Flynn and Jess, I love my products - sticky dates all the way!!!!!
