Excellent service from Serena! Helped me find a new daily driver for a body scrub, showcased a whole bunch of new awesome soaps I wasn’t aware of that go towards amazing causes and helped set me up with the new Lush Club system. Also made fantastic conversation about movies in between! Genuinely made my day and my shopping experience, you can absolutely expect me back. :)
