Came into the store not 100% sure about how willing they were going to be to give samples (and that's okay!), but ended up with the best experience I've had at Lush so far! Kyra and Cole were great, super open to helping me out, working with what I wanted/needed, and even giving me recommendations! The best!
I've been going to this lush since I was a little girl, and every single person I've ever come across working there are the most friendly and kind people. I always leave feeling good knowing I'll be going back! My most recent experience was by far the best. whoever was working June 18th, at like 7pm, you guys were amazing and so friendly.
I went in just before closing and received such a warm welcome and assistance. I was looking for a body oil and was informed about their massage bars, which serve the same purpose. The person who helped me was incredibly kind and patient. She was very knowledgeable and could recommend items based on the scents I liked. I ended up buying her suggestions, and she surprised me with a gift at the end of my visit. I wish I had gotten her name because it was an amazing experience!
