Clean store. Lovely employees, we were greeted right away. Was able to do a quick in and out to grab what I needed as I was directed to the section I desired. I LOVE their toothy tabs for replacing regular tooth paste. It’s friendly for allergens and oral dermatitis. Mild in flavour. I’ve completely switched over to them for my oral hygiene needs. The employees here are some of the kindest people I have ever met. I have never been treated anything but amazing in this store. It’s the only shop at Polo I will consistently visit every time I’m there !! Obviously the products are also amazing and cruelty free, love to see it.
Sarah was the most helpful customer service rep I’ve ever dealt with. She helped me pick out a perfect gift for secret Santa. She was so patient and friendly and deserves the most appreciation.
Katie from Lush Polo with the pretty pink moon princess hair and ASMR voice was so accomodating and receptive to all my questions. She's in the hair industry and I've learned so much about hair porosity from her! Thanks Katie :D I'll buy anything you sell me!
Came into the store not 100% sure about how willing they were going to be to give samples (and that's okay!), but ended up with the best experience I've had at Lush so far! Kyra and Cole were great, super open to helping me out, working with what I wanted/needed, and even giving me recommendations! The best!
