I recently walked into this store in Polo Park looking for an item, but apparently acknowledging customers isn’t part of the shopping experience there. Everyone seemed busy doing their own thing very nonchalantly. One employee was unpacking new items and didn’t even look up to acknowledge me or ask if I needed help. I brought my daughter in to get a facial wash and moisturizer that she could tolerate. She does not like smells or lotions typically. Makayden came over and gave a great trial of facial soap, lotion and tea tree spray. For the first time in her teen years, my daughter is willing to do skin care! Thank you Makayden! 🥰
