Amazing service from the ladies working between 4-5pm on sept 15th. When I first came in they were preoccupied with other tasks, but once they were able, I was helped, and got my questions answered, and was able to buy what I needed. They were so sweet to the lady infront of me as well, complimented us both while ensuring we found the products we were looking for, as well as samples of new products.
These girls helped me find everything I wanted, plus gave me samples. Then I forgot my ring in the store and they walked around the mall and found me to return it. 25/10

I recently walked into this store in Polo Park looking for an item, but apparently acknowledging customers isn’t part of the shopping experience there. Everyone seemed busy doing their own thing very nonchalantly. One employee was unpacking new items and didn’t even look up to acknowledge me or ask if I needed help. Then again, I’m Black, so I guess I shouldn’t be surprised by the type of customer service some people receive. It certainly made the experience memorable.
