The way that I have so much fun every time I visit the Pheasant Lane Mall Lush!! The employees are so wonderful, kind and knowledgeable. They recommend products but are not pushy at all, and always make you feel welcome in the store. I absolutely love this Lush, thank you for being wonderful.

Went to lush today with my besties and was helped out by Ian. Ian literally made all of our days and have us such a fun demo— the vibes were literally amazing and I left smelling amazing. I didn’t expect to buy anything from here but Iannnnn you sold all of us! Today I bought, key lime pie and rose lip balm, bubble gum lip scrub (so yum) a fragrance that has lasted me all day with the smell, and a bumble bee shower bar. Ian is awesome!!! I told him i didnt have a skin care routine when i was checking out, so he sat me down and went over a bunch of products, how/when to use them, and answered all my questions. He was patient and happy even at 10 am. It was like shopping with my best friend. Very appreciative ♡
I had a great experience at this location this afternoon. The two people who were out front were very kind and helpful in my shopping. Between the two of them, they did a good job suggesting scents I would also be interested in based on a scent I did like, and they were also great at explaining the difference between body wash, shower gel, and body scrub. I hope the two of them have a great day.
