Went to lush today with my besties and was helped out by Ian. Ian literally made all of our days and have us such a fun demo— the vibes were literally amazing and I left smelling amazing. I didn’t expect to buy anything from here but Iannnnn you sold all of us! Ian is awesome!!! I told him i didnt have a skin care routine when i was checking out, so he sat me down and went over a bunch of products, how/when to use them, and answered all my questions. He was patient and happy even at 10 am. It was like shopping with my best friend. Very appreciative ♡

I had a great experience at this location this afternoon. The two people who were out front were very kind and helpful in my shopping. Between the two of them, they did a good job suggesting scents I would also be interested in based on a scent I did like, and they were also great at explaining the difference between body wash, shower gel, and body scrub. I hope the two of them have a great day.

The staff was so knowledgeable and helpful, I believe I worked the staff I worked with directly was Niko - they went above and beyond to help me and make sure my visit was 10/10

So HAPPY with my store purchase. I originally ordered online for pickup but ended up buying in store after a small stock issue. I received immediate assistance from ZOE and she was amazing! She handled everything swiftly and efficiently. Super kind associate thank you so much Zoe!
